2) Special Issue in MCA
NEO 2018 offers a special issue in the journal Mathematical and Computational Applications (MCA), see

This special issue will mainly consist of selected papers presented at the NEO 2019. However, other works that fit within the scope of the NEO are welcome. Papers considered to fit the scope of the journal and to be of sufficient quality after evaluation by the reviewers will be published free of charge. This special issue is now open for submission.
