Submissions and Publication
The NEO 2018 will accept extended abstracts that will be published in the book of abstracts. Abstracts should be submitted with complete author and institution information by email to:

The latest submission date is September (10th) 14th 2018, but authors are encouraged to do so earlier. Acceptance will be notified September (12th) 15th.
Additionally, the NEO 2018 will offer a post proceedings that will be published in the "Studies in Computational Intelligence" book series of Springer. Deadline for submissions is in (December 2018) March 1st, 2019.
Further, the NEO 2018 offers a special issue in the open access journal Mathematical and Computational Applications (MCA). The SI is already open for submissions, and the deadline is (December 31, 2018) March 1st, 2019. For more information see http://www.mdpi.com/journal/mca/special_issues/NEO18
