The NEO 2016 will accept extended abstracts that will be published in the book of abstracts. The latest submission date is September 10th, but authors are encouraged to do so earlier. Acceptance will be notified September 12th.

Additionally, the NEO 2016 will offer a post proceedings that will be published in the "Studies in Computational Intelligence" book series of Springer.

Finally, one or more special issues in international journals for substantially extended versions of the presentations will be offered. More information about the special issues to come soon.
